• Exclusions: Certain items, such as opened fragrances, custom orders, and beauty products, are non-returnable.

3. Returns Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Send the item back to us using Royal Mail Signed For delivery, including the authorisation number on a note with the package.

4. Exclusions

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued for the product cost (excluding original shipping and return postage).
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.

6. Improper Returns

If items are returned outside our policy, refunds may not be issued, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
