1. UK Standard Delivery
- Ar-Raqib offers a UK Standard delivery service with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.
- Please be aware that during peak sales periods, delivery times may extend to 5-7 working days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking reference number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive it, they may leave your parcel in a safe location or leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card. This card will include instructions for redelivery or collection from the nearest depot. Please bring valid identification when collecting your parcel.
2. UK Next Day Delivery
- Our UK Next Day delivery service provides next working day delivery for orders placed before 1 pm from Monday to Thursday.
- Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed on the following working day, with delivery on the next working day after dispatch.
- Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that public holidays may affect this schedule, leading to potential delays.

Please note that while we aim to provide reliable delivery, we cannot guarantee specific AM or PM times. Couriers typically deliver between 8 am and 8 pm. You will receive an email or text notification on the day of delivery with the estimated delivery window and any alternative options if the time is not convenient.
3. International Delivery
We offer two tracked options for our international customers:
- Standard Service: Typically delivered within 5-7 working days, with delivery times potentially extending to 7-10 working days during busy periods.
- Express Service: Delivered within 3-4 working days.
- Orders placed before 1 pm UK time for Express Delivery will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the next working day, with those placed after 1 pm on Friday dispatched the following Monday.
Customs and Duty Fees:
For international deliveries, customs or import VAT may be applied by the destination country’s border control.
These fees are determined by the local authorities and are beyond our control. We cannot waive or reduce these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Ar-Raqib is not responsible for any parcels refused by customers due to customs fees. Any charges incurred will be deducted from your refund if the parcel is returned to us.
Please note that we cannot mark parcels as gifts to avoid customs charges.
